It is a pity that littering in our country is still so high, especially in our sea. Creating a social conscience on our environment's state is the first step towards a cleaner environment.
This should be done by replacing the suspended sentences to community service, possibly against a small payment, and such clean-ups should be done on a monthly basis. This will also give lawbreakers a chance to better reform their ways and appreciate earning money through hard work instead of through crime.
