I propose the drafting of a holistic plan for a modern transport system in Malta, with short-term, medium-term and long-term targets and actions. This should be feasible, well-connected and viable. I propose also an INTERNET-everywhere initiative to strengthen internet connectivity in Malta, in households and in the streets, to eradicate digital exclusion and enhance connectivity among empowered citizens. I therefore propose free internet on buses, in public spaces and places, ecc. 😀
